Our Wheelhouse Of Services Includes:

· Commercial executive air travel. Serving the many Southland airports requires knowledge and experience. John Wayne (SNA), San Diego (SAN), Palms Springs (PSP), Long Beach (LGB), Ontario (ONT), Burbank (BUR), Van Nuys (VNY) & Los Angeles International (LAX) all have their respective quirks. Serving these ports of entry discreetly and efficiently requires an experienced hand. We can meet you at baggage claim or curbside!

· FBO Private Airports throughout the Southland from Santa Barbara & Camarillo in the north, to Thermal in the east desert and all the many stops in between, we are well versed in the many regional airports that receive private jet travelers.

· High net worth travelers represent a large part of our focus, requiring an experienced chauffeur capable of navigating private airport tarmacs and communication with FBO ground crews.

· Train and boat travelers. With many train station depots, marinas, boat slips, harbors and cruise ship terminals serving the greater LA area, we understand that taking that bucket list cruise or meeting friends for a daytrip to Catalina can be confusing. We can get you to and from any of the not-so-commonly used ports of entry all across the coast.

· Roadshow SUV service for traveling business clients making multiple stops, with quick turnarounds, can be complex and involves a certain degree of coordination exclusive to these types of trips. We know the usual stops, the best routes, and where to wait. We stay close, keep the water cold and snacks at the ready for the brief drives between meetings.

· Large Groups can be a logistical challenge. We have a vast network that can expand to accommodate your group, whether it involves large occupancy vehicles or multiple same-day or same-time pick-ups. We can even provide on-site coordinators to help manage passengers and chauffeurs during crowded departure and arrival windows.

Awards Shows

· The Emmy Awards in the fall kicks off the entertainment industry’s awards season, which includes Critics Choice, Kid’s Choice, Golden Globe, Director’s, Producer’s, and Screen Actor’s Guild, and ending in February with the Academy Awards. We frequent them all, including the many ancillary events and fittings, and wardrobe deliveries and hairdressing appointments that come with the territory.

· Music industry awards ceremonies, events and concerts throughout the year at all of LA’s venues, from fans to the performers, producers and their staff, as well. We also chauffeur for The Grammy’s and its weeklong leadup events, as well the many after parties. We can get you to the front door, or the backstage.

Special Local Events often come with particular transportation requirements. We can accommodate almost any arrangements you may need. We are happy to work with event coordinators and planners on creating a logistics plan that can address all your needs and concerns.

Our experience with sports, corporate and entertainment industry executives, and their support staff, has given us both backdoor and red-carpet views into almost all Southern California’s main events, venues and locations.

Sports Venues

· Bruin, Trojans, Rams, Chargers, Galaxy, LAFC, Lakers, Clippers, Kings & Dodger games & events for fans, visiting opponent’s fans, athletes, organization executives and their staff and guests. From season game tailgates to The Rose Bowl, VIP drop-offs and sidewalk meets for the many logistical challenges that come with the various sport venues. We know how to avoid the crowds.

Film & Television premiers and production sets at the many film studios is also a core part of our business. Studios, locations and production offices alike, we understand the particulars involved with getting our client through the gatekeepers, to the correct entrance and always as discreetly as possible.

Regional Events

· ComiCon San Diego is a yearly summer event that can be a challenge. We regularly serve A-List celebrities making appearances and enjoying the beach with their families. Book early as the event often takes all our resources. We know many hotels and venues. While different every year, we are quite familiar with San Diego and look forward to the trip every year.

Palm Springs & Other Desert Cities

· Coachella and StageCoach at the Empire Polo Fields is a regular event for us for many years now. We know the VIP, Artist Entrance lots and how to navigate the gate keepers. We have driven high-profile guests, VVIP executives, headlining performers and their support staff, as well as carloads of music fans on bucket-list trips.
